We offer a straightforward, 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. Whether you’ve changed your mind about an Autumn 24 shade or received an incorrect item from our Bags & Cases collection, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, saleable condition with all seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once received, plus 5-10 business days for your bank or PayPal to process the refund.

🔄 The Step-by-Step Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to make it super easy!
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 24-48 hours with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and the return address for our Bristol hub.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the unused, original items. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA number and order number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package using a tracked service (we recommend it for your peace of mind). Keep your proof of postage.
  5. We Process & Confirm: Once received at our studio, we’ll inspect the items and email you to confirm the next steps:
    • For a refund: We’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method.
    • For an exchange: We’ll dispatch your new item (subject to availability) via your preferred shipping method. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.

⏱️ Refund Timelines & Methods

Your refund is processed with the same care as we mix our 4D Gels.

  • Processing: 1-2 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Bank/Payment Provider Processing: 5-10 business days. The time it appears in your account depends on your bank or PayPal.
  • Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). We cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚠️ Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products for our entire creative community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

🔒 Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or Used Products: Any gel polish, builder gel (including Fast & Easy Builder Gel), Gel Paint, Cleanser, or liquid product where the seal is broken.
  • Personal Care Tools: Brushes, File & Buffers, and other non-sterilisable tools.
  • Sale/Discounted Items: Clearly marked final sale products.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any product not part of our standard collection.
  • Damaged Due to Misuse: Products damaged after delivery or not used as per instructions.

Why? As a professional-quality brand, we must guarantee that every product reaching our customers—from a nail artist to a BLUESKY Kids parent—is pristine, sealed, and safe. Thank you for understanding.

Faulty Items? If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a broken bottle of Glass Gel or the wrong Flower foil), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement promptly.

🌍 International Returns (Outside UK)

Our global community is important to us. For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred on the returned parcel.
  • We cannot mark returned goods as “0 value”. Please declare them as “Returned Goods” with the original value to avoid delays.
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
