- For a refund: We’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method
- For an exchange: We’ll dispatch your new item (subject to availability) via your preferred shipping method. Any price difference will be charged or refunded

- Personal Care Tools: Brushes, File & Buffers, and other non-sterilisable tools
- Sale/Discounted Items: Clearly marked final sale products
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any product not part of our standard collection
- Damaged Due to Misuse: Products damaged after delivery or not used as per instructions

🚨 Faulty Items?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a broken bottle of Glass Gel or the wrong Flower foil), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement promptly.
🌍 International Returns (Outside UK)
Our global community is important to us. For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred on the returned parcel
- We cannot mark returned goods as “0 value”. Please declare them as “Returned Goods” with the original value to avoid delays
- Refunds will be issued in GBP. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee
