3. Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart is an invitation to treat. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, including for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices for international customers do not include import duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments securely via: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order. Your card statement will show a charge from “Bluesky Cosmetics”.

Order Processing & Changes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excl. UK holidays). Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the dispatch process.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Your Responsibilities

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some remote areas and certain Asian regions due to carrier restrictions. It is your responsibility to check if we deliver to your location before ordering.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over £50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carriers and customs processing.

Your Shipping Responsibilities

• You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you. Reshipping costs will be borne by you.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition with all seals intact.

The Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and details.
2. We will issue a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return address.
3. Securely pack items with the RA number and proof of purchase. Use a tracked service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of approval, plus 5-10 days for bank processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement promptly.
